Deactivate your Marketino account
About deactivating your Marketino account
At Marketino, we only charge per transaction, so there’s no cost to keep your account open if you’re a seasonal business, using our subscription products.
There is no cost associated with keeping your Marketino account open. You can create a new account for free at any time.
Before you deactivate your account, export any necessary data prior, like your Transaction history, Item Library, and Customer Directory.
If you choose to deactivate your Marketino account, you will not be able to access any of your transaction history or account information, including any reports, and any team members will be removed from your account.
Deactivate your business
When you’re ready to deactivate:
- Login to your Marketino application
- Select More > Click on your User profile
- Select Deactivate your account
- This will send a notification to our support team and you will be contacted to confirm the deactivation of your account.
